Soon, you can choose from one of our simple membership options to begin or continue your CrossFit journey. We can’t wait to welcome you to the Alakaʻi ʻOhana!

If you’re new to CrossFit, don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. All new CrossFitters begin with our Foundations class. Once you develop a good basis of physical fitness, you will move on to our Framework class for additional barbell training before moving on to our regular group classes.

*Note: If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, contact us to ask about bypassing these classes and going straight to group WODs.
